In this half day course we introduce the concepts of Governance and why it’s essential for your organisation. We’ll look at how Good Governance practices will actually improve your performance and make your organisation easier, not harder, to manage. Governance does not need to be difficult or complicated – it’s just good sense that will reap great rewards!

In this one day workshop well look at the Conformance and Performance aspects of Governance; the legislative and regulatory framework; understanding Constitutions and Rules; policies and procedures – what you need and why; managing risk and change; planning essentials; and how Good Governance makes sense, not work!
Every participant will be given a ‘self-check’ tool to take back to their organisation as a governance guide.
