Getting the best out of your meetings or workshops often means bringing in an experienced facilitator — someone independent to help plan the agenda, set the goals, and tie all the threads together. Available for organisations across South Australia.
My aim as a meeting facilitator is straightforward: to help groups of people achieve what they want from their time together. For most small to medium volunteer-led organisations, there simply isn’t the time for anything less.
The key is good preparation, a focused agenda, and participants who are willing to say what they think while still working towards agreement. Having an external, unbiased facilitator gives you the best chance of success — whatever success looks like for your organisation.
And the good news? Having a productive meeting and achieving your goals tends to leave everyone feeling pretty warm and fuzzy about their fellow achievers anyway.
I can help with…
Facilitation works best when the stakes are high, the room is divided, or a fresh perspective is needed.
AGMs, SGMs, board and committee meetings — an independent facilitator keeps things on track, above reproach, and focused on outcomes.
Governance review, strategic planning or other workshops that need to produce real outcomes, not just a day out of the office.
When there’s tension in the room and a neutral, experienced voice is needed to keep things productive.
