Facilitating

getting results – every time

Getting the best out of your meetings or workshops often means bringing in an experienced facilitator — someone independent to help plan the agenda, set the goals, and tie all the threads together. Available for organisations across South Australia.

Results,

not just warm and fuzzies

My aim as a meeting facilitator is straightforward: to help groups of people achieve what they want from their time together. For most small to medium volunteer-led organisations, there simply isn’t the time for anything less.

Kate's ability to grasp and describe who we are as an organisation, in such a short period of time, was impressive.

The key is good preparation, a focused agenda, and participants who are willing to say what they think while still working towards agreement. Having an external, unbiased facilitator gives you the best chance of success — whatever success looks like for your organisation.

And the good news? Having a productive meeting and achieving your goals tends to leave everyone feeling pretty warm and fuzzy about their fellow achievers anyway.

⟶ Who it's for

When an outside voice

makes all the difference.

Facilitation works best when the stakes are high, the room is divided, or a fresh perspective is needed.

The Big Meetings

AGMs, SGMs, board and committee meetings — an independent facilitator keeps things on track, above reproach, and focused on outcomes.

The Committee Workshop

Governance review, strategic planning or other workshops that need to produce real outcomes, not just a day out of the office.

The Difficult Conversation

When there’s tension in the room and a neutral, experienced voice is needed to keep things productive.

Kate's ability to grasp and describe who we are as an organisation, in such a short period of time, was impressive. Her report was clear, concise and very helpful in deciding where to focus our efforts. Thanks Kate.
